Item: Liquor Bottle Stuffed With Some Battery-Operated Christmas Lights; acts as a Candle of Invocation except instead of affecting a particular alignment it works on Drunk creatures:
While lit, the [Bottle] sheds dim light in a 30-foot radius. Any [Drunk] creature within that light … makes Attack rolls, saving throws, and Ability Checks with advantage. In addition, a Cleric [of a Dionysus or Bacchus sort of god] … in the light whose alignment matches the candle’s can cast 1st-level Spells he or she has prepared without expending Spell Slots, though the spell’s effect is as if cast with a 1st-level slot.
Also, unlike the Candle, once the batteries run down they can be replaced. Up to the DM if there’s special magical properties to the item or if it’s literally just a liquor bottle stuffed with some battery-operated Christmas lights and anyone can make it. And of course some enterprising character could probably break the end off the bottle and use it for slashing or stabbing like any other broken bottle.
Some liquor connoisseur could probably work out a combined Bottle/Candle by making a table of liquors with alignments, e.g. FourLoco as chaotic-evil, scotch as lawful-neutral, idk
