Oily Rubber Jiggle Demon. The bad news is that the condition is contagious, but the good news is the teeth are rubber as well, so about the only way for a creature to actually gain the Oily Rubber Jiggle Demon template is for the attacking creature to find an open wound and really rub itself in there.
