Item: Arm Chair. Character sits in it and rolls with their feet; adds two functioning arms with working Wrist and Ring slots, and magical effects of those items going to whoever sits in the chair. Special attacks:

Push Off: by planting their feet on a solid object and giving a solid push, the user of the Arm Chair may perform a Rush attack.

Spin: at will, the user may spin around, using their own arms to hold themself in place while the chair’s arms make repeated attacks, either open-handed or with whatever melee weapon they are holding. Spinning for more than 3 rounds gives the character the condition Dizzy.
