Item: Orb of Advertising, a hovering sphere that listens in on conversations and plays advertisements for goods and services it thinks you may wish to purchase. Easy to fear since they are listening and recording, but they’re pretty good at predicting what might be useful; might be a good way for the DM to weasel special items to players as needed.

Item: Moss Orb; works as the spell Purify Food & Drink but the orb must come into physical contact with the object it is cleansing.
Encounter: two Orbinauts, hovering constructs wielding four spiked orbs that may be treated as Dancing Morning-Stars. If an Orbinaut is carefully captured, hollowed out, and worn as a helmet, allows the wearer to gain the four spiked orbs that hover around them and can be willed to fly at targets and recalled. Unlike the Four Wooden Orbs, however, the spiked orbs cannot be deactivated, circling around the helmet even when it is not being worn.
