Encounter: headless giant whose glass helmet is being used as a transportation cell for the prisoners of an especially devious Chonchon (the green head)
Encounter: Mr. Measles, lawful evil plague-cleric somehow skilled enough to give inanimate objects the measles, although how exactly he intends for that to let him rule the world is unclear. Affected characters take d4 levels of Exhaustion and will spend the next 4d4 days itchy, Exhausted, and contagious unless affected by a Cure Disease spell or similar. Affected objects work poorly or slowly at the DM’s discretion, and can infect creatures but not other objects.
Encounter: Dylamug, lawful-evil construct with three rotating dials of facial expressions for some reason, despite the fact that other constructs from the same realm have been shown capable of a full range of expression on a normal face.
Also, apparently he is fond of pie
Encounter: an unusually glamorous and fashionable manifestation of the party’s guilt for past killings

Encounter: a pink and purple mechanical Ranger, lawful evil. Does not appear to have chosen Stealth as a proficiency.
Encounter: Dark Lord Blood, lawful evil cleric of Satan; his sunglasses grant him the ability to see the evil in characters’ hearts.
Encounter: the Baby-Eating Bishop of Bath and Wells
Encounter: unusually fancy Mummy Lord with five extra faces…all with their eyes and mouths sewn shut. The noses, however, still work, and so it hunts by smell.
