*chugs this shit down while running* STAMINA POTION LETS GO

Item: Stamina Potion that affects both player and character

Item: Crystal Cradle: if your size-small animal friend has used up its charges of some special ability, give it a Small Rest in this hollow crystal to refill it. Magic items may be recharged by leaving them in there for an hour, but require a dexterity check to get back out.

Item: Urn of Leeches; the 100 leeches inside can be used therapeutically or commanded to attack a target creature. Obviously enough leeches attached to a creature would deal some constitution damage, but also it allows you to retrieve some of their blood, which could be used to target spells on them, track them, or if they’re magical enough, as a spell component for some other purpose entirely. Blood from a Xorn or a Chuul gotta be good for something, right?
