Encounter: yellow ninja with a gun. If you can steal his headband you get his flipping powers

Encounter: Lawful-Neutral bowman that would be invisible if getting nude wasn’t such a tremendous breach of propriety; only strips down nude on the direst of stealth missions
In the 90s, British comics like the various 2000AD series were a huge influence on American superheroes, and Rob Liefeld’s Cable is usually held up as the most 90s example of the style. I just found out that Marvel UK has a character that out-Cables Cable: Die Cut. He dresses like a parody of Cable with part of Deadpool’s mask grafted onto his face, his feet are out of panel in every panel he appears in, and he fights using a psychic blade called the Pscythe that could cut through energy and space. I think those are also giant scythes on his shoulders in some of those pictures, I can’t really tell.
