Item: it was supposed to be a magically-refilling cereal bowl and a pair of Goggles of See Invisibility, but the pages got stuck together at the magical item factory so instead you get the Goggles of Infinite Cheerios and Milk that refills whenever worn. Presumably there also exists a Bowl of See Invisibility that makes invisible things visible when placed into them.

Item: Hands of Blinding, granting Initiative against any attacks that function through the target’s vision–blinding effects, curse-runes, gorgon/cockatrice stone-vision, &c. Sensing the danger, the fingers close, blinding the wearer for as long as the danger is present.

Item: Button Eyes. In exchange for permanently reducing perception and charisma by 3, you can see through all level 7 and below illusions spells. All illusion spells level 8 and above must roll separately to beat you’re perception and have disadvantage. If you are interacting with inanimate objects given life, you instead gain 3 charisma.

Item: Mnoshnik-Hive Glasses. While initially appearing to be a standard pair of Cool Shades, they are actually home to a cluster of Mnoshniks, ethereal tendrils that reach into the wearer’s minds and filter-feed on their thoughts and memories. In the first hour after putting the glasses on, the only effect is that the wearer doesn’t realize there’s anything wrong with the glasses, as the Mnoshniks purposely burrow out a space for themselves within their mind. If the glasses are taken off before the end of the first hour, they have no effect, and upon seeing the tendrils, the wearer will assumably recognize the glasses’ true nature and not put them back on. After the first hour, however, the Mnoshniks’ tendrils begin feeding on other parts of the wearer’s mind at random, causing them to require a Wisdom check any time they try to remember anything or take any action based on plans or logic, with a -1 penalty for each additional day the glasses have been worn. The creatures form a powerful bond to the wearer’s face, attaching the glasses in place as with Sovereign Glue.
