Item: fashionable she-orc’s purse containing

  • tube of garlic-flavored lip-gloss
  • a couple of loose iron coins
  • shells from some beetles she’d been snacking on
  • a human femur
  • tusk polish
  • half-full loyalty card to shitty pizza place
  • tampons

so if not found after slaying a lady orc, what do you think, was it stolen, lost, or left behind after a passionate evening rendezvous

Item: Jar of Mistakes; if a player dislikes a roll they made, they may roll a 1d20 Dexterity check to capture their mistake and reroll. HOWEVER: if they roll a critical fail, this is taken to mean they fumbled and dropped the Jar, breaking it and releasing all the mistakes it has been filled with over the years; for 1d6 hours all character rolls within the room (or within fifty paces, if outdoors) are automatic crit fails.
