First hit: that creature develops a pathological fear of Constructs, always taking disadvantage against them
Second hit: the creature must make a Will Save to attack or fight back against Constructs at all
Third hit: the creature becomes Frightened on sight of any Construct
Encounter: Gravity Man, construct warrior with the ability to alter the direction of gravity
