Item: Suit of Candy, functions as a Robe of Useful Items except it’s a suit and all the items are candy. GM decides if it’s proper candy, magical sweets, or disgusting messes found elsewhere on this blog.
Item: low-crotch capri sweatpants

Item: Sweater of the Terror Fish: once per day the wearer can summon a single Terror Fish (treat as a Quipper plus it’s Scary [causing the Frightened condition]) ready to attack the character’s nearest enemy. If an encounter is happening underwater or at least in shallow water, this can be quite an effective attack tactic against lower-level opponents, but even if on dry land you could still cook it and eat it.

Item: clip-on necktie with hidden 8-ounce flask (source); easy to make fun but allows players to sneak potions and poisons anywhere they can wear a necktie

Item: Toon Gauntlets; during combat, a character wearing these may roll d4 and pull from behind their back or inside any vessel:
Once they make a successful attack with this item, it disappears, but on their next turn players may roll a Running Gag check, producing another of the same item; this may continue for as many rounds as the player wishes to continue rolling for the Running Gag.

Item: Chain Shirt

Item: unicorn shoes (source); allow the wearer to inflict +1 Radiant damage with any kick attack

Item: belt buckle allowing the Waist item slot to hold an item
