Item: Funshine Gauntlets: each time a targeted creature sustains a punch attack from the wearer, they must make a Will Save against getting Cheered Up, dispelling any negative feelings they have for the attacker and putting them in a good mood. (This may not necessarily stop them from attacking, of course–a hungry monster will still be hungry, a soldier following orders might still follow orders, and putting a chaotic-evil dracolich in a good mood might actually make things worse.) Getting Cheered Up more than once has no additional effect. (source)

Item: Shirt of the Tarrasque, granting the wearer the Tarrasque’s Extraordinary Ability Carapace: The tarrasque’s armorlike carapace is exceptionally tough and highly reflective, deflecting all rays, lines, cones, and even magic missile
spells. There is a 30% chance of reflecting any such effect back at the
caster; otherwise, it is merely negated. Check for reflection before
rolling to overcome the creature’s spell resistance.

Item: Gown of Media Storage: a dress that appears to be patterned with books, movies, or other media, but if the wearer concentrates on any of the titles visible, the book/scroll/piano-roll/DVD/LaserDisc/whatever will appear in their hands. New items may be added as desired by concentrating on them while wearing the dress and holding the item, with a total available storage of 100. (source)

Item: Jobe of the Jizard (Jeans Robe of the Jeans Wizard). Grants telekinetic control over any object made of denim. If a creature
is wearing denim clothes, the Jizard controls the motions of any parts
covered by the garments; the affected creature may roll a 2d6 Grapple check to wrestle
free of their clothes.

To make a completely overpowered character, combine the Jobe of the Jizard with the Josmic Jube.
