Encounter: Terry from the Gas Works, an unfortunate human cursed by a very drunk wizard to have a small wooden boat for a head after taking too long on a service call. Obviously an amazing swimmer, but very sensitive about his appearance.

Item: Beach Behemoth; semi-sentient, chaotic-evil. Requires inflating and then only a slight breeze to go flying, knocking over everything in its path.
