A Potion of Giant Strength, but when drunk and it’s normal effects take place, your arms grow to the same size as the type of giant the potion had the effect of, rendering them impossible to use.
Ex. Potion of Frost Giant Strength would both change your Strength score to 23, and grow your arms to the size of a Frost Giant.
